I have to admit. I just have not quite gotten the hang of this whole blogging thing. Yeah, I’m 49 and just don’t have that technology thing down.
I realized that I don’t have the time to write long posts on a weekly basis. So, I miss a week, then I miss two and it turns into months.
I thought, hey, why don’t I just write a bit, more often. Great, but how do I get it to go to my blog category on my menu? Still working on it. For the time-being, I’m just going to keep adding to this thread. We’ll see how that works for now.
Having said all of that, I just finished my second Whole30 two days ago. I dropped 14 of the 17 pounds that I had put back on during the holidays. More importantly, I felt amazing. I feel amazing.
Dairy is still a problem for me. My goal is to be better about my reintroduction so that I can figure out what else bothers me. I have a chili cook-off in two days. It’s the perfect opportunity for me to see how beans (legumes) affect me. Stay tuned…
